UA Report of Incomplete Grade

• An agreement between an instructor and student of terms for receiving an incomplete grade in a course.

UA GRO (Grade Replacement Opportunity)

• Grade replacement opportunity offers students the ability to replace grades of C, D and E by repeating the course. The forms are located in the Administration Bldg., Rm. 210 where you will fill it out and turn it in. Please consult with your advisor to determine if this is the best course of action for you to take.

UA Transfer Credit Pre-Approval

• Students planning to take courses at another institution may gain pre-approval to provide knowledge and security that a course is guaranteed to transfer in to UA. The form is first submitted to the Admissions Office in the Nugent Building, then it to the student's advisor for approval. Once it's approved, the advisor will forward it to graduation services.

• The General Education Adjustment Request form is used to request exception to the General Education requirements for the College Modification of the General Education curriculum is not a normal petition asking for an exception will be carefully reviewed. Note: General education courses may not be waived.

CoS Grade Appeal

The University of Arizona's grade appeal policy is located in General Catalog. This site has the general instructions, however students and instructors in the College of Science looking for information may contact Shelley McGrath at 621-8128. It will be necessary for any student deciding to proceed with a grade appeal to see Shelley McGrath in Gould-Simpson 934 for the necessary forms and instructions. It is very important to begin the grade appeal process BEFORE the 5th week of the semester following the semester in which you received the grade that will be appealed.
