The Precision Aging Network:  Taking an Individual Approach to Brain Health

But in fact, the degree of cognitive change varies widely across individuals, ranging from minimal mild changes to severe loss of function that interferes with quality of daily life.  In this talk, Dr. Lee Ryan highlight research from an exciting large-scale national study of aging, headed by the University of Arizona, that takes an individual differences approach to understanding brain aging – the Precision Aging Network – and what we can do to help maintain brain health throughout our lives.
